- JLT Capital Limited (“JLT Capital”) is a Shanghai based independent specialist investment banking advisory firm, which focuses specifically on Merger & Acquisition transactions in the field of large-scale distribution, shipping industry and Logistic services.
- JLT Capital is a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise (WOFE) with its registered office in Hong Kong, and commenced its early operation since 1997 in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and in China.
- JLT Capital is founded by Mr. Jerry T. Wu who has been in the field of financial services since 1987, with a group of extremely prominent and experienced experts including Mr. Conor Yang, Mr. Ambros Lam, Ms. Yusing Ko and Ms. Wang Beipei amongst other professionals.
- Mr. Wu started his career managing one of the largest fishing and refrigerated shipping fleet (Reefer Carriers) in pan-Asia, and remains as one of the Board of Directors for the Hsieh Feng Group.
- Subsequently, Mr. Wu received an offer and joined the investment bank of Morgan Stanley in New York; eventually serving as Senior Vice President at the Lehman Brothers before leaving Wallstreet.
- Apart from advising for the Hsieh Feng Group with the financial and operational transactions of over 45 vessels, Mr. Wu worked closely with the logistic providers across the entire supply chain
- In other financial services and related industry work, Mr. Wu has been instrumental at one time or another, serving either as Investor, Advisor or Director to the following companies:alibaba.com, KGI Asia, Cymbermart, 3Plust Logistics, Great Wall Holdings and 2bSURE.com.
- JLT Capital now focuses specifically on the small to mid cap market with an wide range of services not only for consultation and advisory, but also fund raising activities with assistance in facilitating capital financing through both public and private sources
