JLT Capital is a management consulting company based out of Shanghai. The company provides information and assistance
to companies seeking financial advices. In addition, the company currently also manages two funds:

1) Gyro Venture Fund based out of Malaysia which has over US$300 million USD seeking specifically for "late stage" pre-IPO (Initial Public Listing) companies in the area of: Information Technology, Telecommunications and Internet content related areas.

2) JLT China Fund. This is a small family invested fund has a capital of US$20 million USD investing specifically in the areas of: Tourism, Education and Financial Services. The investee companies are mostly smaller, early-stage companies with higher growth potential.

JLT is founded and managed by Mr. Jerry T. Wu who has been in the field of financial services since 1987. Having started his
career in New York City with Morgan Stanley, he left WallStreet having served as Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers
and at ING Barings. Mr. Wu has been operating his own venture since 1997, having successfully served as investor or irector
in companies such as: alibaba.com, cybermart and 2bsure.

Currently, Mr. Wu is also an Independent Board Member of Cellstar Asia, one of the largest mobile phone distributor in China.
